We has some bad experiences with AC many years ago, but in the past 5 years we have been very impressed. We really like the newer planes that Air Canada has and find its entertainment much better than WestJet. WebWESTJET offered me less than 5% of the reimbursement of hotel and taxi costs that I incurred after they cancelled their flights in December due to YVR shutdown. At the time of cancellation, they emailed me promising up to $500 per night in expenses. Anyone having a tough time getting their money? 3 comments.
