Webpubs.rsc.org WebJul 5, 2024 · We study the magnetic properties of CrSb bilayers on few-layer topological insulator thin films using \emph {ab initio} density functional theory. We find that the intrinsic parts of the total anomalous Hall conductivities of the thin films are non-zero, and approximately quantized.

WebFeb 20, 2024 · Upon cooling, the resistivity shows appreciable drops in the spin reorientation temperature near 100 K and 12 K, owning to the reduction of the carrier scattering induced by the spin ordering of Cr 3+ and Nd 3+, respectively. Note that the resistivity does not show obvious anisotropy. WebThe resistivity data from CrSb 2 with the current along the caxis and along [110] are shown in Fig.2. The resis-tivity along the caxis is about one order of magnitude
WebJun 26, 2024 · Electrical resistivity, represented by the Greek letter ρ (rho), is a measure of how strongly a material opposes the flow of electric current. The lower the resistivity, the more readily the material permits the flow of electric charge. Electrical conductivity is the reciprocal quantity of resistivity. WebNSF Public Access
WebMay 1, 2024 · CeAgSb 2 compound is a rare example of ferromagnetic (FM) Ce-based heavy-fermion systems; among rare-earths Ag di-antimonides, only CeAgSb 2 exhibits FM behavior [1]. This compound is a good candidate for elucidating the origin of physical properties near the FM quantum-critical point [2], [3].
